How is the billing done?
In 15-minute increments. If your problem is solved in 20 minutes, you only pay for 30 minutes — not the full hour.
Is there a travel fee?
No. Travel within Basel and the surrounding area is included in the hourly rate.
Do I have to pay if the problem can't be solved?
In rare cases a problem can't be solved immediately (e.g. defective hardware). The diagnostic time is charged, but I'm transparent and will let you know beforehand if costs will increase.
How do I pay?
By invoice, TWINT, or cash payment on-site. Businesses receive a proper invoice.
Do you offer subscription plans?
For businesses I offer maintenance contracts. Just ask me — I'll be happy to create a customised offer for you.
